This dessert wine promises a sweeter take on life. We hand-pick select grape clusters from our Carneros vineyards, then dry them using the traditional Italian appassimento (the art of dehydrating grapes before processing). It is then aged in new French oak barrels. Our passito has mature aromas of dried fruit and baking spices, with balanced acidity. It is perfect for dessert or paired with cheese or Italian almond biscuits known as cantuccini.
